廣船國際有限公司是中國船舶集團有限公司所屬企業(yè),始建于1954年成立的廣州造船廠,前身為僑商譚禮庭1914年創(chuàng)建的“廣南船塢”。1993 年在香港和上海改制上市,是中國第一家以造船為主業(yè)的上市公司。2014年收購廣州中船龍穴造船有限公司,2018年吸收整合廣州中船文沖船塢有限公司,完成廣州市荔灣區(qū)搬遷至廣州市南沙區(qū),現(xiàn)擁有南沙和中山兩大廠區(qū),地處粵港澳大灣區(qū)的地理幾何中心,已成為中國華南地區(qū)綜合實力最強、規(guī)模最大的現(xiàn)代化綜合船舶企業(yè)。
Guangzhou Shipyard International Corporation Limited is a subsidiary of China State Shipbuilding Corporation Limited, Starting with Guangzhou South Dock in 1914 and founded in 1954. Guangzhou Shipyard International Co., Ltd. transformed into a listed company after being the first shipyard in China listed on the HK and Shanghai Stock Exchange in 1993. After acquisition of CSSC Guangzhou Longxue Shipbuilding Company and Guangzhou Wenchong Dockyard CO.,LTD in 2014 and 2018, GSI relocated from Liwan District, Guangzhou to Nansha District in 2017 and now has two factories in Nansha and Zhongshan, both located in the center of Guangdong-Hong Kong –Macao Greater Bay Area. GSI has now developed into the largest and strongest comprehensive shipbuilding and repair company in South China.

As a national high-tech enterprise, GSI has a National awarded Technical Center and more than 1000 technical designers. GSI has established the first hign-end marine research center in South China, being able to design a wide range of vessels in compliance with the major international class rules. As the largest and strongest ship building and repair support base, GSI has mastered key technologies in the costruction and modification of hign-tech and hign valueadded ship types, including a full range of tankers and bulkers, PCTC, ropax, SSHLV, polar class vessels, research vessel, and public vessels.
